Sacred Rearrangements offers a variety of classes, workshops and gatherings led by our team as well as guest instructors. Some of our recent offerings included Kundalini, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, Chi Gong, Tai Chi, Journey Dance, Shamanic services, Red Tent Gatherings for women and classes on Sufism. Our offerings change on a regular basis.

Community Healing Days
Second Saturdays of every month; 1-5pm
By Donation
Join us for an opportunity to experience holistic healing on a by donation basis. Our team of healers offers bodywork, energy work, acupressure, acupuncture and intuitive guidance. Sometimes classes are offered as well. Sessions are offered on a walk-in basis and are between 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the service. Each community healing day will offer two to five different services. To find out which services will be offered each month, sign up for our newsletter.

Kirtan

All Kirtan is by donation or sliding scale. Please sign up for our newsletter for dates and times, as they change based on schedules.

Kirtan: Sacred Chanting to Open your Voice and Heart
with Susan Shehata and band
Kirtan or sanskrit chanting is a form of yoga, popularized by artists Krishna Das and Jai Uttal, that helps us connect or commune with spirit-whatever that spirit is to you. God, the universe, nature, yourself. We sing kirtan to connect with that sacred energy. It opens our voice and our heart. Susan leads on harmonium and is joined by additional vocals, bass and percussion.

Sacred Chanting to the Divine: Bhakti Yoga Anyone Can Do
with Melissa Fossum
Come join us for an evening of kirtan with Melissa and friends. We will be singing and chanting bhajans/sacred songs to the Divine universal energy. No prior experience required. Feel free to bring and instrument and a smile!

Bhakti Yoga: Devotional Chanting with Kirtan Path
Enjoy inspired call-and-response chanting with Pascale (harmonium), Nancy
(violin) and Gregg (mrdanga, guitar). We sing to the Divine in ourselves and
connect with our hearts and each other. Feel the vibrational energy of
sacred Sanskrit chants. No previous experience required. Website:

Acupuncture and Acupressure

Community Style Acupuncture
Most Thursdays, 11am-3:30pm; please email Kristianne directly to get on her list for schedule and any cancellations, etc. Acupuncture is on hiatus until further notice.

Acupressure for Self-Healing with Molly Glasgow
Learn acupressure points that you can use on yourself, family members,
and friends that are useful for headaches, muscle and back pain,
colds, insomnia, indigestion, allergies, stress, tension, anxiety, and
other common health concerns. Molly teaches how to locate and
stimulate acupuncture and acupressure points. People can use these
simple, yet valuable points to improve their own health on a daily
basis. She is open to requests for workshop topics and specific health
conditions to be covered.

$30. Bring a partner and each pay $25. Receive $5 off for
pre-registration. Discounts available for students, union members, and
