The idea behind energy work is that physical illness and discomfort are manifestations of emotional or spiritual imbalance in the body. Healing touch can bring the body back to a state of balance. Animals also respond very well to healing touch. Sacred Rearrangements offers a collective of experienced practitioners who offer a variety of modalities for both people and pets. Bodywork with Susan Shehata
Susan uses the chakra system as a tool to facilitate healing in the body. She uses Reiki, muscle work and acu-pressure techniques as well as spiritual coaching. She has an intuitive approach that enables her to customize appointments to suit your needs. She consults with clients verbally, prior to each session, about their life, as well as afterwards to assist them in integrating their body’s messages. Bodywork with Amy Bibeau
With a holistic approach Amy employs a combination of massage, Shiatsu, and Reiki, generally working on a massage table with oil. Her healing gifts are fully appreciated by people who are wishing to release physical pain/tension, negative thoughts, or other energy patterns that are not serving them as well as those who enjoy receiving positive energy and healing thoughts that are in tune with the highest good!  $65. 612-227-1817

Acupressure with Molly Glasgow
As an acupressurist and reiki master, Molly's main focus is to help people's bodies heal themselves through a holistic approach that combines her intuitive style with her knowledge of organ meridians, specific points, the five elements, and corresponding nutrition and lifestyle habits. She incorporates acupressure, reiki, kinesiology/muscle response testing, and reflexology to tailor each session to the client's specific needs. This work gives the body the right circumstances to heal, including a space for relaxation. Energy Work with Lori Urmann
Lori combines her intuitive gifts as well as her training in Healing Touch, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, Matrix Energetics and Prospectives to provide a unique, personalized healing experience for each individual’s highest good. Every time an intense emotion occurs, we tend to stop breathing for a brief moment. In that moment, the emotion gets stuck in our body. Eventually, these areas of stuck energy form emotional patterns and may manifest into physical discomfort.  Rebirthing/Breathwork is a connected breath technique that releases these emotional and physical patterns. Acupuncture with Kristianne Seelye

Acupuncture can be used to treat a variety of ailments including: spinal cord injuries, infertility, chronic migraines, chronic pain and fibromyalgia to name a few. An acupuncture and Oriental medicine treatment will start by an evaluation of the whole body which includes all the organ systems of the patient, their health history and their current state of health. It will also include observing other characteristics such as the face (skin color, eyes, sounds - which include voice) posture, tongue and pulse. The first treatment will usually take one and a half hours. Critter Consulting with Keith Helke

Keith mixes Reiki, intuition and knowledge of animal behavior to bring back balance and health to your animal companions. This is appropriate for animals with either physical or emotional concerns.
